Windows Vista Services Explained » gHacks tech news
By Martin English | February 9, 2007
from gHacks tech news:
Use SpeedyVista to help explain the services running on your system. You can use the information to disable services that you won’t need which has the effect that it speeds up the system and hardens its security at the same time. The list of services in Vista can still be accessed by typing services.msc in the command line.

By the way when i try to rename a folder an error appears saying “The File or Folder does not exist” any ideas. I have a ripped Vista Ultimate edition os installed for 3 months this problem started about 2 weeks ago. Oh great sight by the way.
