3 ways to compress CSS files using PHP

from Cats Who Code. All 3 methods use Output Buffering, but I prefer the look of the Reinhold Weber method, as it
a) doesn’t require renaming CSS files, and
b) allows you to use PHP code to remove whitesace and comments
