Professional Summary
I have been working, consulting and administering SAP and Netweaver systems since 1996. My roles have included consulting at various levels, including pre-sales and customer consulting, system administration, installation, implementation, upgrades and migrations. I’ve achieved Certification as a Technical Consultant in Netweaver 2004, Business Warehouse and XI, and as an Application Consultant in Business Warehouse.

I have extensive experience with R3, BW and XI both as a developer and in Administrator and Technical Support. I’ve been involved in the installation and ongoing support of R3, BW and XI landscapes and was a member of the team that won the SAP Australia Customer Excellence Award for Business Intelligence.

I spent some time as team leader of an award winning SAP BASIS Team, which has been singled out for numerous commendations by SAP customers, including �Team of the Month� for consistently high customer satisfaction ratings. I have since stepped down from this role in 2003, to concentrate on a more hands-on technical role supporting multiple R/3 Customers.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time enjoying life (ridiing a postie bike from Brisbane to Darwin in the 2nd half of 2002), learning more about computers and spending time with my family.
